Integrated circuits (IC) power consumption is an increasingly important challenge for IC designers and manufacturers.  Power management has become the most prominent design challenge today and will continue to become more and more difficult as IC process generations move forward.  Our vision is to address power management issues and solve the power-related problems that are amenable to software automation.

Effective power management requires understanding and addressing two major areas:  Power estimation and measurement; and Power reduction techniques.  Envis is focused on delivering software products that comprehensively address both of these areas.
